La Beauté Ballet was devised to provide classical training to those who wish to incorporate ballet in their dance repertoire without having to sacrifice training in other genres. La Beauté ballet enables the Millennial dancer to have a strong classical foundation whilst being versatile across all dance genres.

This ground-breaking syllabus brings a fresh approach to ballet whilst retaining all the discipline and techniques of traditional ballet.

The levels are made up of a series of exercises including arm combinations, classical technique, floor work, turns, isolations, leaps, amalgamations, and dances. All work is progressive and designed to develop coordination, strength, agility, and style.

Amalgamations include jazz, lyrical or contemporary, and musical theatre. These styles complement competition requirements.

Where Acrobatics and Dance Intersect
Acro Dance fuses strength, control, and artistry. Students are trained in acrobatic technique designed specifically for dance choreography.

They’ll develop:

• Strong foundational conditioning
• Safe execution of tricks (not gymnastics-based)
• Fluid transitions between acro skills and dance styles.

The result? Versatile, stage-ready dancers with show-stopping skills.

A ‘chord’ is a group of (typically three or more) notes sounded together, as a basis of harmony.

Accord also means

• A harmonious agreement, 
• A pleasing relationship between sounds or colors
  

The goal of our class aChord is to bring together those students from different genres and levels who want to choreograph and/or perform.

We have some amazing choreographers in our studio and we would love to see them expand their skills, working together like a harmonious chord and bring some different ‘colours’ to the music and dances.

These dances will be performed at either we are hosting or that are being hosted by the wider community. We want to see their ideas come to life.

Students may opt in or out of the dances depending on their on availability for the performance date. If they are unavailable to perfom for an event they can focus on choreography, costume or be preparing for the next event. There are plenty of ways to be involved.

This class can only be joined by invitation or request

Lucidity contemporary is a stimulating and dynamic dance curriculum that explores the emotional connection.

Technical aspects include; controlled leg work, torso contract-release, floor work – fall and recovery. Unpredictable changes in rhythm, speed and direction are incorporated.
